Thank you for choosing our Virtual Assistant Agency. We are committed to providing quality services to our clients. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where you may not be completely satisfied with our services and might request a refund. Our Refund and Returns Policy is as follows:

Service Cancellation

Clients may cancel their service agreement within a specified period of time, as indicated in the individual service agreement. To cancel your service, please notify us in writing via email. We would appreciate if you provide a reason for cancellation so that we may improve our services in the future.

Refund Eligibility

We provide refunds for our services under the following conditions:

  1. The virtual assistant assigned to you is unable to complete the task due to reasons within our control.
  2. We failed to deliver the agreed-upon services within the set deadline.

Please note that refunds are not applicable if:

  1. The client changes their mind after the work has commenced.
  2. The client insists on a service against our professional advice, and the outcome is not to the client’s expectation.
  3. The client supplied incorrect or incomplete information to us.

Refund Process

If you are eligible for a refund, we will process the refund within a certain number of days, as stated in the service agreement, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

Service Returns

As a service-based business, we do not have a physical product that can be returned. However, if you are unsatisfied with the services provided, we encourage you to contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue or reassess the work done.
